The Administration Shelter is located right by the Pomme de Terre Project Office. This shelter overlooks the lake and the historic dam. The nearby Project Office, which has public restrooms and historical information on the lake, is open from 9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. Monday through Friday. Recreation Pomme de Terre Lake is popular among water skiers and anglers. A number of coves on the lake provide seclusion for ideal fishing conditions, regardless of power boating on other areas of the lake.
